Last Revised: September 04, 2026

This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of cookies and similar technologies by EPO Group International LLC (“Company”), a Wyoming limited liability company, in connection with www.executiveprivateoffice.com and related Site functions.

1. COMPANY AND CAPACITY This Policy governs the use of cookies and similar technologies by the Company in its corporate capacity. Executive Private Office is a trade name, brand, or service designation under which the Company may operate the Site and provide services. The Company may act through members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and other authorized representatives. Nothing in this Policy is intended to state or imply the identity, number, status, ownership interest, management role, employment status, or composition of any person associated with the Company. All acts, omissions, notices, and processing described in this Policy are undertaken by or on behalf of the Company, except where applicable law provides otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no individual shall be personally liable solely by reason of acting on behalf of the Company with respect to a matter governed by this Policy. This provision does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be waived or liability arising from an individual’s own independent wrongful act.

2. COOKIE TECHNOLOGIES The Site may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, scripts, software development kits, and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file placed on a device by a website. Cookies may be session technologies that expire when a browser is closed or persistent technologies that remain until they expire or are deleted.

3. PURPOSES OF USE The Company may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, deliver pages, remember preferences, maintain security, detect misuse, prevent fraud, understand general Site performance, measure traffic, improve functionality, and support communications, scheduling, analytics, or other services used by the Company.

4. CATEGORIES OF TECHNOLOGIES Strictly necessary technologies may be used where required for the operation, security, or delivery of the Site. Functional technologies may remember settings or preferences. Analytics technologies may provide aggregate information regarding visits, errors, performance, and use. Advertising or targeting technologies, if used, may support advertising, campaign measurement, or interest-based content. The Company will not use non-essential technologies where consent is required unless the applicable consent has been obtained.

5. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS Hosting providers, content-delivery networks, form providers, security services, analytics providers, communications providers, scheduling providers, payment providers, and other service providers may place or access cookies or similar identifiers when their services are used on the Site. Those providers may process technical information, including IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, and security or event data. Third parties may maintain their own terms and privacy policies, and the Company does not control the independent practices of third parties.

6. CONSENT AND CONTROL Where required by applicable law, the Company will request consent before using nonessential cookies or similar technologies. You may accept, reject, or manage non-essential technologies through the settings made available on the Site. You may also restrict or delete cookies through your browser. Rejecting or deleting cookies may affect the operation or presentation of portions of the Site.

7. SALE, SHARING, AND ADVERTISING The Company may use cookies or similar technologies only in accordance with its actual practices, applicable law, and the disclosures made at the time of collection. If a cookie, pixel, identifier, or other technology is treated as a sale or sharing under applicable law, the Company will provide the notices and opt-out mechanisms required by that law. The Company may not be able to control an independent third party’s processing after information has been transferred to that provider.

8. UNITED STATES PRIVACY RIGHTS Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or limit certain processing of personal information, and rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Requests may be sent to contact@executiveprivateoffice.com. The Company may verify a request and may deny or limit it where permitted by law. Nothing in this Policy creates rights that do not otherwise exist under applicable law.

9. CHILDREN The Site and services are intended for adults. The Company does not knowingly use cookies to collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) in violation of applicable law. If the Company becomes aware of prohibited collection, it will take reasonable steps required by law.

10. SECURITY AND LIMITATION No cookie, browser setting, consent tool, network, website, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Company does not promise absolute anonymity, absolute security, or that every third-party technology can be blocked by the Company’s settings or by a browser.

11. CHANGES The Company may revise this Policy to reflect changes in technology, law, vendors, or business practices. The revised Policy will be posted on the Site with a new Last Revised date. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.

12. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER DOCUMENTS AND CONTACT This Policy supplements the Company’s Privacy Policy and any signed Service Agreement. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the Company’s Terms and Conditions govern the parties’ relationship, including applicable limitations of liability, dispute-resolution provisions, governing law, and arbitration provisions. This Policy does not create a warranty, fiduciary duty, or independent contractual obligation beyond applicable law or an express written agreement. Questions may be sent to contact@executiveprivateoffice.com.
